I bought this pick with intention to use it just for playing faster than i can finger pick. This is the most sluggish pick i have ever used, it's nearly impossible to play fast with it. Also, the pick inserts always come out of the rubber.

This is probably the only pick I've used that was'nt real loud and had a perfectly clear tone with it, it's pretty recomendable for guitar if you want a pick that gives a realy light touch, my only complaint that it's a little to big, it does'nt make it hard to play anything like that but it makes it kinda hard to do pinch harmonics, also if you play bass this pick realy can make it sound like your using you fingers but I'd still prefer playin bass with with my fingers whenever I do play it.

This pick is very versatile for me as a bassist. The pick inserts aren't special, but the rubber sleeve excels above the Wedgie rubber picks in versatility. The best combination use for me is to insert a Ice Pix brass pick. The sleeve doesn't stick to the strings like other rubber picks, and you can vary the thickness and hardness with various inserts/other picks inside.

This sounds more like finger picking but the rubber is too hard and it still makes a click even when there isn't a pick in it. This also comes with the three picks in the picture.

I have tried regular guitar picks of all shapes, sizes and thickness, and I've tried felt picks. None of these worked as well in duplicating the sound of finger picking as these insert picks. Well worth the price.
