I ordered this to try instead of my Shubb. Good design. Nice looking, but. . . it takes a long time to attach and remove the capo- about 5 turns of the screw. For me, this is just too long. I often play songs that require fast key changes (moving the capo) so my capo changes need to be quick.

I'm going back to my Shubb which is very fast and easy to change. However, if you don't need to do that, then this is an excellent capo.

I just received this capo via UPS an hour ago. I love it already. It is very easy to put on and off and I don't get any buzz with it at all. It beats the heck out of the capos I have been using for years. You just place it over the strings and turn the wheel which requires very little effort. It is a nicely designed product, very pleasant to look at. I would have rated it a 5 if it had been a dollar or two cheaper.

This is one elegant design and is built like a precision machine. Light weight and small small small. Doesn’t get in the way when playing and doesn’t feel like some of the other crazy gadgets that hang out all over the place when attached your neck. It can be installed/removed with one hand – you’ll get the hang of it after 2 or 3 tries, and the knob can be turned with a single finger. The real beauty is that you can apply just the right amount of tension to capo your strings without going sharp – sweeeeet.

This capo is perfect for my needs. I have tried more traditional capos, but I primarily play on an Ibanez with high frets, which led to tuning problems due to the sharpening of the notes. Not with this capo! It is so easy to select just the right amount of tension. The small size also stays out of the way while fretting close to the capo.

This is an excellent little capo! Although it is not a quick-change style capo, you can easily apply it to the neck of the guitar with one hand- it's shape allows it to lie on the guitar neck from above as you screw it on, entirely with one hand. The quality is sufficient- it hasn't broken on me yet, and I've had it for close to six months. The dial is easy to turn and even when it comes off, screws right back on (NOTE: it only comes off if someone intentionally unscrews it). It is small, so chords can be played without crowding your hand right up to the fret you place it on. And I've noticed no buzz whatsoever.

Overall, a good value. It should be noted, however, that it will not clip on to your headstock- but it is still a great value, and small enough to easily fit in a pocket.
