I dont see what the huff and puff is about this capo is. It really isnt a bad one yeah it pops when your release it, but too the guy who is apearently changing the capo position in the middle of songs, might have been a bad idea to get this in the first place seeing as how it is a click clamp. I dont have any problems with the strings for everyone else it could be your picks or you you are hitting them way to hard. Not once has it came unclamped. The only problem I have is the press, that just doesnt look safe against any set of strings, but nobody likes anything but their fingers against their strings. I'm not any king of music but sometimes you should read and inspect and know what your useing before you give a bad review to steer people away.

Used very little before it was unusable. String tension will pop it open, making horrible noise. Horrible noise putting it on and off, too. No pro would use this. Could quit at any time. Good in theory but 2 seconds inspection should let you know exactly what will go wrong with it. Seems like a capo purchased at a dollar store.

I have a 60's "Silvertone" (Dan Electro via Sears) U1, with D'Addario "Chromes" LG and use a "Planet Waves Ratchet Quick-Release Capo". The match is perfect, with clear tones no matter what position the capo is in and the "Quick-Release" mechanism works smoothly.

worst thing ever. i bought it and it worked only on my electric guitar, but you dont need a capo for electric guitars. i put it on my acoustic and it wouldnt stay closed. it sucks its a waste of your money. i would go buy 3 pakets of gummy bears instead, a much better value.

This has to be the worlds worst capo I'd rather use my left hand as a capo then this it never holds all the strings down and I thought maybe I just got a bad one but I got another one and it was bad too! so I decided I'd give it one more try HORRIBLE! Worst ever don't buy save your money.
