This product looked sharp and functional out of the box, but after the gig when I flipped the upper lock lever open the shaft slammed down and splintered the upper collar. The table now spins uselessly.

Check the reviews - all of us can't be wrong. Stay away from this product.

This unit seemed rock solid out of the box, but after the gig when I flipped the upper lever open to telescope it down the shaft fell, splintering the upper collar. The table now spins uselessely.

Stay away from this unit.

The push down levers were the first to break, and this should have been a sign to get a backup. Then the "cheap quality"plastic parts broke on the main legs rendering it useless just before my gig. I should have read the other reviews before buying.

This stand looked like a quality stand, but I was mistaken. The locks to hold the various parts in place break very easily- they'll snap if you push just a little hard (for me, completely unacceptable). I am very annoyed that money was spent on this.
