Good, Useful Stand

I was shocked to see so many negative comments about this product. I have owned mine for a week now, and I love it. If you simply do not tighten the screws until the unit is assembled, THEN tighten all the screws, the unit builds fast and easily, and produces a very sturdy stand! Another great attribute is the fact that when you place 7 guitars in the stand, you free up so much floor space, I can now have 7 guitars in easy reach in the same place I could only have 2 guitars on conventional stands before. The padding on the stand also has not yet reacted with ANY of my guitars' finishes, even the ones with nitro finish! In fact, the ONLY complaint I have about the product is that it is a tad pricey. The complaints about the stand being a tight fit for 7 guitars is also unfounded in my opinion. I have electrics and acoustics on mine right now, all with plenty of room to breathe. If you are the type of person who is aware of what you're doing, and takes care of things, this stand holds all 7 guitars just fine.

Perfect for 4 Guitars

It's a bit of a hassle to put it together and as others have noted, it's a snug fit for 7 guitars. But for 4 guitars it's perfect. Just use every other space and there is plenty of room for each guitar without undue concern about them touching and getting scratched whenever you remove one from the rack. The assembly quality may not be the greatest, but the rack is well-padded and sturdy, so for the price you can't go wrong.

Not Worth It

I bought this really hoping to clean some space in my house, the guitars on the rack practically rub against each other. I'm a collector, so buying a rack that allows my guitars to be scratched was a mistake on my part. If you care about yours, don't buy this.

Please Think Twice

Today, I got this stand shipped to my house. I was surprised that it came it a compact box. The quality on this thing is good, but it is no where worth what I bought this for. Foam is comfy, but the stand is not tall enough. It is supposed to hold bass guitars as well, but when put up against my wall, I would need to leave a 6 inch leeway to accommodate for the bass's headstock. If this stand was less $ I would be satisfied. You are better off making your own stand in a wood shop. I am serious.

Poorly made

The stand had multiple holes that were misaligned, as well as nuts that would not fit the screws provided. The stand has poor welds that prevented the arms from lining up correctly. I had to hammer the arms to bend them into shape. Once assembled (minus two screws), the neck spacing is not adequate, and my guitars are practically rubbing. The price is ridiculous for the craftsmanship. There are better multi-guitar stands out there.
