I was disappointed to find this drawer VERY difficult to open. Upon further inspection I found that the inner sliding part of the drawer was rubbing up against the outside stationary part, negating any benefit the drawer slides would offer. Ended up taking a discount on it to live with the defects. My wife and I spent an hour together trying to repair it, and it's still terribly hard to open and close. Wish I'd just sent it back (and the process wasn't exactly a marriage-booster). My wife said it best when she said this drawer was very poorly engineered. Definitely look to another brand as it appears Raxxess is SERIOUSLY lacking in the quality and engineering areas.

Mine had some pretty bent up rack ears. I fixed with no problem. Still a great deal for the price!
