I have one of these cases, it came with my bass. It's been a great solid and secure case for the 12 years I've owned it. I came home one day to find that my dog had actually aten trough it! Don't worry the rick inside was fine... I thought I'd see if a new one was available to buy. I never thought any guitar case could cost so bloody much! Over 300 dollars in my country's currency, totally out of range for a musician. Guess I'll have to settle for some crappy unmatching case :(

This vintage case fits my 1979 4001 azureglo perfectly. The blue inside lining feels like velvet, just like a guitar's bed should be. I thought the case was a little on the high side, as far as price, but you shouldn't skimp on the carrier of your baby.

I owned the same case for a 4001 bass, and it is tough enough to give the right protection. Also, the bass guitar fits inside perfectly. Has a very durable construction and look, great for a vintage style case.
