Informed people know that. They also know they can buy cheaper whisper fans at computer store, online or from electrical supply houses really cheap.

The only thing is, you have to also buy, or build something to hold those fans in place, you need to wire it up so it is safe and (hopefully) UL approved. By the time you put in the effort, buy all the stuff you need and / or build / assemble that stuff, it still works out to more than this thing costs. Rack fans are essential. Just remember it ain't whisper quiet though.

Still, it IS a bargain!
