The padding is thick and protects well but the handle is weak and the stitches are poor. The stitches around the handle starts to break after lifting around a lot. One of the sliders of the zipper broke and came off.

Well, i used this bag about one half time before it broke. I zipped it up and broke the handle right off the zipper. So much of this gear is total junk anymore. I'm not some stupid high school kid who's mom is buying stuff for me so I can be cool. At $40 for a bag I expect a product that works and works forever. Don't but this bag unless it's to store your guitar in the closet for the grand kids to play when there 17. what a joke.

It started as a tear, but I picked up the case the other day and the entire section with the handle almost tore loose.

Better than some.

Pros: Better padding than comparably priced Guitar Research bag, and nicely protected with canvas where cut string will rip the guitar research bag.

Cons: Cheaper straps. Handle sewn on on guitar SIDE rather than FRONT. will probably rip with much use.

For a few minutes of labor this could have been a first rate bag. so it's an also ran instead.
