I am a very strong chick lead singer who was tired of hauling my PA in and out of Events. I bought this with the thought that it would just help out a little and it basically made matters worse. The first gig the front tire blew. The weight was under 200 lbs. I replaced the tube and then the next gig it blew AGAIN. Imagine having equipment in an elevator or on halfway to an outside party and the bloody handtruck blows out. It created more of a hassle then help. I would recommend NON INFLATABLE tires. Get a hand truck with hard plastic and make your life easier. CHEAP PRODUCT NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!!

After 2 uses I noticed the back tires were losing air. I aired them up and after 2 more uses they wouldn't air up anymore. It seems both tire tubes blew out. These 4 uses were over a 4 month period so it was after the warranty was up of course. Also the no skid tape kept coming off. Bottom line is I wouldn't buy this product again. It's just not worth it.

Tired of cheap luggage carts, not wanting an industrial sized (& weight) hand-truck, I bought this. Actually I bought the smaller, R-8, but quickly exchanged it for the larger version. I did experience an early failure of the front wheels, one broke just as I was about to load in, but I was sent a pair of new ones, and have used the kart now for at least 5+ years with no problems at all. I'm amazed at how much stuff I get on it, & how easy to expand & then contract after the gig.

I bought mine hopeing to get the best but the parts quality is very poor .. on my thiord use front two small wheels just broke. After three times usage- can not use it any more otherwise I can find replacement for the front wheel.

Very cheap product. Light weight. Came beat up--looking worn. Plastic hubs looked like they would not last long. I bought a considerably heavier duty and more stable cart from a wholesale club for less than half the price. The only functional difference was that it did not adjust, but this has not been a problem. I returned mine.
