This carry case is a hand-in-glove fit for my Roland CD-2e recorder. The quality of workmanship is second to none! Sturdy handles and zipper, with semi-soft arch-topped exterior. Inside, there is a well cushioned compartment that provides a perfect fit for the Roland CD-2e. There is also enough storage room for the AC adapter and velcro-closed pockets for extra SD cards and CD's. Lastly,a letter-sized compartment is big enough to hold all the documention that came with the unit. The entire package appears extremely sturdy and should last a life time. Yes, the price is high--that's why I rate this a 4 on value. However, there is simply nothing else available that is designed specifically for the Roland CD-2e. Based on this fact, the case is a great value.
