Good Solid Case

This is a good solid case for drum hardware. Although the wheels may not be of use over rough surfaces, like gravel, they are nice to have when you are able to roll it. The case is just large enough for me to fit 3 cymbal stands, the hi-hat stand (broken down of course!), snare stand, throne, a few extension arms, my stick bag, and my shure drum mic case. It does require a little bit of smart packing but it all fits. The only thing that I'm not too keen on is the slide-out handle, it seems like it could possibly break, but with the SKB guarantee it is probably sturdy enough for the job. Overall I'm extremely happy that I bought this case. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good solid case.

I just ordered this case because my trap case was just to full and heavy with my hardware. This is a nicely molded case with comfortable handles and a pretty slick sliding handle. The sliding handle is a little iffy if it is fully extended with my hardware in it but it is a great case. Great for the money.

Bought this case thinking it'd be better then my trap x1 or trap x2 (I own both) and well this case is well made just not even close to as good as the x1 or x2. Theres no inner straps to hold down the hardware nor any liner on the bottom. The only good thing about this case is the wheels built in handles and the pullout handle. I'd say dont get this and to with the trap x1 or x2 for sure.

The SKB Mid-sized Drum Hardware Case is made of very rugged materials and the wheels and extendable handle are great. The case weighs in at 20.2 Lbs. Heavy duty and Heavy. There are no straps inside to keep equipment from falling all over the place. It is an empty space inside, but will hold up for years.
