Good, but adjustments needed

I have a 88-key Triton Extreme. This case works good for it but needs to be a little longer. They give you 4 velcro corners to but around your keyboard, with the triton I can only use 2 (one side). Then I used some spare foam to wedge between the edge of the board and the case for the other side. I think the case is great and keeps the keyboard snug. Whatever you do dont get the SKB 6820, IT IS WAY TO BIG. Overall, it's a great case but it is alot of money. SKB overprices everything but if your looking for a portable case that is as lightweight as possible and you have an 88-key triton, motif, or fantom, this is the case for you. Get it.

Owww, my hands!

Bought one for my new Roland G70, although I like the wheels and the case locks, the handles are unforgiving to the hands, only one on the side and hard to balance for 2 man carry, being a weight lifter / keyboard player helps. Uncomfortable handles. Great protector!

we (church musicians) have an extremely heavy kurzweil 88. On the 2nd trip with this case the latches came completely off and the piano hit the floor before I catch it. Case was a big dissappointment. We are trying again with a 2nd SKB.

Good case, needs lid bracing

Had to replace all the latches, handle and lid stays due to parts breaking. All it took was a call to SKB customer support and they sent me everything. They offered to have me take the case to my local dealer, but I did the job myself. The lid needs some kind of bracing, as it tends to flex and sometimes doesn't line up correctly with the valance on the main case to close properly. The handles on the ends need to be held in place by something stronger than aluminum rivets, as after repeated us the rivets pulled out of the aluminum framing. I replaced them with some small machine screws and they are holding just fine. Overall a good case, but it needs some better quality hardware to hold up better with heavy road use.
