Awesome For Drum Hardware!

I use mine for my drum hardware. I tour full time so I've probably done 500+ shows with this case. It's by far the lightest, easiest to transport, and cheapest hardshell hardware case on the market. It took getting use to, but once I started using a short bungee cord to wrap around the stands to keep them in the center, it worked like dream. It's awesome being able to wheel it behind you and carrying it with one hand up stairs. I don't recommend it for drummers with a 10-piece kit, but it should work for most.

I play in a band that needed something to transport our micstands around in. We finally decided to get this item. It works great in that it keeps our micstands generally healthy. As far as I can tell, it's pretty much indestuctable. Our main gripe is that when you want to close the thing, you have to slide the top part onto the bottom. The top usually catches on a micstand and you have to coerse the stands around to the right position to where they don't catch the top portion. This can be quite frustrating sometimes. Also, the items can rattle around in the tube because there's no way to secure anything internally. But basically, this item is a plastic tube cut in half with wheels. It's the simplicity that makes it a brute. If you want to buy a hardware, micstand, golfclub bag, anything long and heavy transport device, you won't have to buy another after getting this one. Cause apart from gunfire or getting run over by a train, this things gonna last you a long time.

I used this item for the first time last night at a gig and it was a pain! first off...if you don't put the hardware in the right way it won't lock and it is not easy to fit that top cover over the hardware. this is product is very disappointing. I'm going to look into another product to use and give this one away.

This product re-taught me to investigate before buying. Regardless what the add claims, this is not for drum hardware. It's a travling golf bag case. Waste of money. I gave mine away.

I previously had a hardware bag. it was so flimsy and awkward, and the wheels were pointless. This Freedom Stand Transport Case is big enough for all of my hardware, it's very durable, a great size, has a big handle for lifting and pulling, and 2 rollerblade wheels for easy maneuvering, and two latches that secure the inner and outer portions of the case which have holes for combination/baggage/locker locks. The only things I would change would be to add handles at either side so two people can carry it over gravel areas and for it to have a non-black area so you can label it. One of my best purchases here!
