This case is shielding my 83 Gibson LPC. Add a 10.8lb guitar and it's one heavy mother, but it's very solid and I have no doubt about the safety of my guitar. Also came with several dessicant packs which is great for storing the guitar. Would definitely buy it again.

I owned this case for a year and a half and yesterday I was carrying my Les Paul when the handle broke off and it went crashing to the cement sidewalk. Up until then I was happy with the case. I contacted the customer service department at SKB but, even if it's fixed or replaced I'm thinking of getting a new case. The case wasn't even used much that was one of a handful of times it left my house.

I bought this case for my les paul ultra. Great case. The guitar is very snug and will not move. My only complaint is that the case is a little small to fit a leather strap in it. If you are worried about straplocks causing your guitar not to fit, don't. It fits perfectly. The only case insured by the FAA. Buy it now!

Everyone should use a skb hardshell case for any guitar that they use. I use a skb for my les paul, strat ,and tele. Both of my young kids enjoy running across the cases, but I have no worries about any of the guitars getting damaged. I prefer skb cases to any manufacturers cases. Maybe that is why fender is starting to issue skb cases with their high dollar guitars. Skb cases are a must have!

Got this case about a year ago to protect my Lp Classic. Its an amazing case, I can throw it around and the guitar doesnt even move. Nice snug fit...And the little things that you can pop out in the latches are cool cause you can get more locks and have your guitar even more secure...I brought my guitar to school a few weeks ago and somehow tripped and the guitar flew into the wall and landed upside down, BUT this case kept it from ANY damage...just a few scuffs on the case but hey, thats what its for...ONLY complaint is its a little hard to fit a leather strap in there but oh well its an amazing case.
