I had this installed on my Deluxe Nashville Tele matched with the STK-T1 in the neck. I put a Fender Vintage Noisless strat middle for the middle pickup. I was very skeptical of these at first because I was afraid I would loose the vintage Tele tones. But I was determined to go noisless. I was suprised at the authentic Tele tones it produced. I have had them in use for about 5 months now so I have played in a variety of venues which really put them to the test and it passed every one. (Brent Mason has this in his signature model by Valley Arts). A great investment if you want the real tone without all the noise. You won't be dissapointed.

I bought this pickup and installed it in a custom built telecaster replica with a swamp ash body and maple neck. This pickup comes with 4 conductors allowing for coil splitting and various other custom wiring options. I installed it with a coil splitting push/pull pot allowing me to get two very distinct sounds from this pickup. When the coil split is engaged the pickup is more twangy and telecaster like. I have not had any hum problems at all even when coil splitting is engaged. The sound is smooth with the tone off and crunchy with tone on full. Sounds great. I am really happy with this pickup.
