Simply & directly put, this little item is BETTER than sliced bread. The Snarling Dog Chord Computer is better than the pocket calculator when it became commonly available. I've recently started playing church music, in which basic chords usually don't seem to exist. It is so nice to be able to just key in a chord & there it is, w/ a couple of variations too, as opposed to digging through 7-10 pages of diagrams.

I've had one of these for years and years. As for those who complain about chord forms, all you do is press the "INV" inversion button and you get 3-4 more forms on differing parts of the neck. It's quite useful for any level of mastery. The display is too small? That's the idea, last thing you need is another heavy, oversized piece of equipment to lug around. It's cheap, it provides useful info in a compact product, does it hold ALL the answers, NO, but so what, it has enough to get you through the session/gig/whatever.

not worth the price. The display is tiny. The scales, the chord forms and the features are very limited. It may be okay for a beginner.
