I agree there needs to be more info about the different styles. 3+3 is for Les Paul style head with 3 on each side. Reverse is for reverse head stock. 6 in line is for Strat-Tele style. I have had these on ALL my guitars for 15 years. Personally I think for the price, fender should make them standard on American models. Just bought a VG strat and I'll be putting them on.

Am I missing something here? What does "Reverse" mean? Are they graduated or are we supposed to just guess? What size are they? Why is'nt there any information on these tuners? Serzel Tuners are one of the best things I have ever put on a guitar but how do you order when you don't understand what your buying.

My carvin dc-127 came stock with these, and I have to say that they are the best tuning machines i've ever used. They beat the crap out of the Grovers my friend has on her Epi Lp, or the Locking tuners Fender puts on their guitars, and will stay in tune for hours on end during live peformance, even during crazy bending or abuse to the guitar.

I have these tuners mounted on a right-hand reverse headstock Peavey V-Type with a Floyd Rose locking tremolo. Not only do they make string changes faster, but even without the string locks tightened the guitar stays in tune. A definite add-on for anyone who's got a tremolo, regardless if it's locking or not.
