I bought these from you guys along with Fender QMT Showmaster back in Dec. and just installed them. Why did I wait so long-it's now end of Aug.- to do this? And although the Showmaster did come stock with locking tuners, they werent very good, nor did the damn thing come with instructions on how to use them. I go crazy with the tremelo at times, but now I'm confident my sweet baby stays in tune. I recommend these tuners over the lock-nut. Installing them can be a bit tricky, though. Don't let that stop you , momma's boy.

I re-built my first guitar and put a new tremelo on it. The tremelo is more extreme than one you would typically find on a Fender, but goes further and even backwards. I didn't want to have to put a locking nut on it, so I was depending on a good set of tuners. These do the trick. I recommend these tuners to anyone for any music style.

I have all kinds of other brands of tuners and none come close to the Sperzel. I use these on a Vibrato Equipped guitar with a Graphite Nut and they keep better tune then any lock nut I have used and with less string breakage.
