I've always given products a fair chance by using them appropriately and for a period of time prior to reviewing them and even so, these are the worst strings I've ever seen and far, far below LaBella's usual quality. I've never rated any product so low. Extremely rough feeling, punishes your fingers, odd & unpleasant harmonic overtones, uneven intonation and tone across the fret board. Impossible to get a clear, intonnated tone from these. I have LaBella Steinberger flat wounds and they are first rate (but expensive). These are value priced but try GHS instead and I think you'll be much happier.
