When this throne arrived my expectation were low and I was not wrong, within a week of usage one of the legs broke while I was practicing. The material is cheap and not very comfortable, my advice is DON’T BUY THIS THRONE. Save a few more dollars and buy something better like the four leg pulse throne which I have previously owned or a pearl throne. Don’t waste your money with this piece of garbage.

Just bought one of these. Held me up exactly one time. Next time, it collapsed into a heap on the floor as one of the legs broke off where it attaches to the central tube. Glad it didn't have a client on it, just me. I'm not a big guy, btw. Maybe I just got a defective one, but I'd recommend paying a bit, like I'm about to do.

I have had this for about 2 years now and it's been great up until last week when the pole thingy broke through the bottom of the throne. I fixed it with a piece of wood, so it's not a huge deal, but it's not gonna last forever. I'm not sure how much longer it's gonna last, but i will probably buy a fancier one next time.

I bought this throne to use with a Simmons 5 series electronic drum set. I use it 2-3 hours per week for home use. Given that application, it works fine. I haven't made a single adjustment or tightened a single screw in the 3 months I've had it. If you are a gigging drummer I'm sure you'll want something better. For occasional home use, there is no need to spend more.

This is a basic cheap throne. The seat is not very comfortable. It is ok for the first 30 minutes or so after that it hurts a little. I weigh 220 lbs and it supports my weight with no problem. The legs do tend to fold up with time but it is not so bad as to dump you over. Altogether if you are on a budget get it. If you have a little extra to spend a better throne would be a priority.
