Like the previous person said, it's flimsy, and the quality is really not the greatest, but it provides a housing for the guitar. The problem is that the size of the Yamaha FG guitars is slightly larger than other dreadnaughts out there (the lower bout in particular), and I was not able to fit in my old generic dreanaught hardcase so this case was the ONLY choice I had, unless I wanted to custom order a case or experiment with a jumbo case, both of which seemed wasteful. Anyway, you get what you pay for.

It does its job... protects the guitar. Sort of like chipboard case with soft lining interior. For the quality, it's worth what you're paying for it. Want a better case, spend more money! But this one is ok..
