Bought the curved rack bar 2 weeks ago along with the PCX200 clamps. I was nervous about it as I had never used a rack before. How did I get along with out it? This thing is great! Easy to assemble, fairly light but strong. I have four toms and two cymbles mounted on it and it doesn't move. My drums are closer to me and I have to move very little to reach everything. The square tubing Pearl uses only makes good sense. Round tubing can/may loose its holding ability where as the square won't. Very good equipement, very good price. I do recommmend spending the money and getting the PCX 200 clamps as they allow more control and angles of your drums. Good Rack Pearl!
